中国共同富裕的时空演进、区域差异及收敛性研究

内容提要：本文在科学阐释共同富裕内涵的基础上，构建共同富裕评价指标体系，采用纵横向拉开档次法测度中国2013—2019年26个省份的共同富裕水平，并进一步从不同区域划分视角分析时空演进、区域差异及收敛性特征。研究结果表明，自党的十八大以来，中国共同富裕水平稳步上升，且呈现“东高西低、南高北低”的分布格局；共同富裕发生等级跃迁的概率较大，且表现出显著的空间正向集聚特征；各省份共同富裕区域差异有所降低，区域间差异和区域内差异分别是东中西和南北区域划分情形下共同富裕差异的主要来源；除东部地区和中部地区外，全国及其他地区具有σ收敛特征，而全国及各地区均存在绝对β收敛和条件β收敛特征。本文的研究拓展了共同富裕的定量研究，为扎实推动共同富裕提供政策参考。

Spatial-temporal Evolution, Regional Differences and Convergence of Common Prosperity in China

　　Abstract: Based on the scientific interpretation of the connotation of common prosperity, this paper constructs an evaluation index system to measure the common prosperity level of 26 provinces in China from 2013 to 2019, using the vertical and horizontal grading method. Then, it analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution, regional differences, and convergence characteristics of common prosperity from the perspective of different regional divisions. The results show that after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the level of common prosperity rises steadily, presenting a spatial distribution pattern of “high in the east while low in the west” and “high in the south while low in the north”. The probability of grading transition of common prosperity is relatively high, showing significant spatial positive agglomeration characteristics. The regional differences in common prosperity among provinces decrease, and the inter-and intra-regional differences are primary sources of common prosperity differences in the east-central-west region and the south-north region, respectively. Except for the east and central regions, the overall and other regions have significant σ convergence characteristics, and there are significant absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence in the overall and different regions. This paper may expand the quantitative research on common prosperity and provide policy references for solidly promoting common prosperity.
