      以“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”等五大发展理念为系统框架,构建协同度评价指标体系。基于复合系统协同度模式,定量测度京津冀的系统协同度。研究结果表明:(1)京津冀协同发展的有序度呈现出极大的空间差异性,京津呈现出有序度的最高值区,京保石和京唐秦成为次高值区,沧州、邯郸、邢台和衡水为较低值区,而张家口、承德等区域成为低值区;(2)京津冀协同发展的协同度在不断上升,并且2010-2015年的协同度增速要快于2005-2010年,可见京津冀协同发展程度在近五年不断得到深化,京津冀各个城市在“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念的各个合作领域的协同合作都得到了加强。

      Collaborative degree evaluation index system was established based on five development ideas of "Innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing". Beijing-tianjin-hebei system coordination degree was calculated based on collaborative degree model of composite system. The results showed that: (1) The order degree of Beijing-tianjin-hebei coordinated development presented a great spatial difference.The order degree of Beijing-tianjin was the highest, Beijing- Baoding-Shijiazhuang and Beijing-Tangshan- Qinhuangdao became the secondary high value area.Cangzhou, Handan, Xingtai and Hengshui were the lower value area, while Zhangjiakou and Chengde became the lowest value area.(2)Collaborative degree of Beijing Tianjin Hebei coordinated development was rising. The coordination degree growth of 2010-2015 was faster than 2005-2010.Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development level continued to deepen in the past five years. Each city had been strengthened in all cooperation areas of "Innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing"
